Lynda Chiwetelu built the Shopper! app as a Freemium app. This app is provided by Lynda Chiwetelu at no cost and is intended for use as is. Some upcoming features will be priced in the app but you will still always be able to use it for free for yourself.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Privacy Policy Addendum - iCloud Data Sync

This Privacy Policy Addendum (‘Addendum’) is an extension of the Shopper! Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the use of iCloud for data synchronization purposes within our mobile application Shopper! (‘iOS App’).

1. Introduction

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. This Addendum provides additional information about how I use iCloud to sync data and ensure that only those users with whom data is shared can access it. By using our App, you consent to the data practices described in both our Privacy Policy and this Addendum.

2. Data Synchronization with iCloud

Our App utilizes Apple’s iCloud service to enable seamless data synchronization between devices. When you use our App and opt for data synchronization, certain information, such as [List specific types of data to be synced, e.g., ‘lists, items, notes,’ etc.], is securely stored and shared across your Apple devices linked to the same iCloud account.

The data synchronized through iCloud is stored on Apple’s iCloud servers and remains encrypted during transmission and at rest. The data is not accessible to me or any third parties, and I do not have access to the encryption keys used by Apple to protect the data.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you only share data with users whom you trust.

The data synchronized via iCloud will be retained as long as the user continues to use our App and has active iCloud synchronization enabled. If you disable iCloud synchronization or uninstall our App, the synced data will no longer be accessible through our App but may remain on your iCloud account.
